The Cedar Run Track Club advances the sport of track and field by focusing on the fundamentals of every discipline (throws, jumps, sprints, distance), and helping young athletes discover their passion to become the best version of themselves on and off the track.

Training Philosophy

Each athlete is unique. They have their own talents, goals, and personalities. As coaches, we believe in connecting with each athlete and helping them to find their passion, reach their goals, and improve each and every day. The greatest challenge we face in the sport of track and field is the internal struggle to go beyond what we believe is possible. As coaches, we will encourage you and guide you to accomplish your goals. Through your own work and dedication, you have the potential to run faster, jump or throw further, and rise higher than you ever have before. That is why we train and why we compete. Because every day is an opportunity to prove to ourselves that we are making progress.
